Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not completely satisfied with a product that was purchased from LexIDSkincare.com, please follow the steps below.

If you wish to return a product please reach out to our customer service department to begin the return process at info@LexIDSkincare.com. Please include your order number and the product you would like a refund, along with a description of your concern or complaint. 

We do not accept returns on any sale items, Health, Lip, or Body products.

We only allow returns on our Face items if they are in the original packaging and open items have less than 20% of the product used. Lex ID Skincare cannot accept returns if more than 20% of the product has been used. 

Return items can only be accepted within 10 days of the original shipping date.

Please enclose a copy of your order number, and reason for return or exchange. 

Shipping charges associated with the original order are not refunded in the case of a return or exchange.

We recommend that your return or exchange is sent via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post for your protection.

We will email you to notify you that we have received your return item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@lexidskincare.com. 

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
