Shipping Policy

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. We ship orders on Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, via United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

If we are experiencing high volume orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer free standard shipping on orders above $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, we charge a shipping fee of $10.00.  Most orders within Standard Service are delivered within 5-7 business days of the order’s ship date. 

International Shipping Policy 

For international orders, we will charge a standard flat fee of $20.00. For international orders, the customer retains responsibility for all custom charges.

Lex ID is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
